Jhoanna Aguila is a singer from Sydney, New South Wales, and current contestant on The Voice.

Official BiographyEdit

Meaning business, 24-year-old Jhoanna has quit her full-time job in order to tackle her music career head on. Aspiring to the sounds of artists such as Alicia Keys, Norah Jones and Lauryn Hill, Jhoanna is a natural fit for R’n’B and soul.

Jhoanna first started singing as a backup vocalist at her local parish where she continues to sing as a ‘worship leader’ while also performing at weddings, community functions and fundraisers. Currently writing songs and taking singing lessons, Jhoanna is hoping to turn a chair in 2014.  She won the voice in this year also.

The VoiceEdit

Jhoanna auditioned for The Voice with a performance of "You've Got The Love" by Florence & The Machine. She impressed three judges and eventually chose Will as her coach.
